Our Eastern Coordinator, Nic Meadows, is from Swansboro North Carolina. Nic joined the US Marine Corps in Oct of 2000 and was discharged for medical reasons in Sept 2010. During his ten years in the Marine Corps his duties were 6324 Avionics on UH-1 and AH-1 helicopters, 0933 combat marksmanship coach, 0931 combat marksmanship instructor/primary marksmanship instructor, 0918 Marine combat water survival instructor, and 0911 Marine Corps Drill Instructor. He served multiple combat deployments to include the Iraq invasion 2003, Iraq 2004-2005, and Iraq 2006. His personal awards include the Purple Heart, Marine Corps Good Conduct medal, Sea Service ribbon, and Combat Action ribbon.

Kevin Widner, who currently resides in the Phoenix, AZ area, joined the Arizona Army National Guard in August of 1997, he was called to active duty and was deployed to Iraq 2003-2005 and 2006-2007, from October 2007 through November of 2011 he was assigned to the Army's Warrior Transition Unit Program before being medically retired from the military due to injuries sustained on his last deployment. During his 14 years with the military Kevin worked as a Maintenance Mechanic in Engineer and Transportation companies often operating as a Contact Maintenance Truck Team member, a Squad Designated Marksman, and when deployed to Iraq on his second tour Kevin was assigned to a Convoy Security mission, where he was a Convoy Commander and Assistant Commander, controlling multiple Gun Trucks providing protection for Combat Logistic Patrols that transported supplies and personnel across Iraq. His awards include a Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Army Commendation and Achievement Medals, Combat Action Badge, and Good Conduct Medal. Kevin also volunteers and currently serves as an Executive Board Member on several Veterans’ Non-profit organizations in his local community where he lives.

Ryan Faber is from Grand Rapids, MI and joined the United States Army in 2002,
immediately after high school. Serving in Iraq during 2003 through 2004, he left the Army in September 2005 for medical reasons; his medical retirement is still pending. During his years on active service, while stationed at Fort Hood, his duties included Guidon Bearer for Company, Battalion and the Divisional National Colors, his was assigned as a Tank Driver, Loader, Gunner, and Tank Commander,. He also spent one year on funeral detail honoring veterans from World War One to the present day. Faber's personal awards include the Good Conduct Medal, Army Achievement Award, Combat Action Badge, Global War on Terrorism Award, Expert Driving Badge, and the Expert Shooting Badge for proficiency with the M-9 Pistol, AR-15/M-16/M-4 Infantry Rifle series, M-2 .50 caliber Heavy Machine Gun, M-240 Bravo General Purpose Machine Gun, and the 120mm Main Gun for the M1 Abrams Tank
. He is a GSM Master Instructor and a NRA Instructor.
